Celtic Snake

This Celtic braided snake ring was born when I decided to test my skills. I wanted to see what i could accomplish with all the knowledge I had gained. So I got to work on some sterling silver wire. After I had braided the wire together, fused the ends and shaped the ring, I decided it looked like a snake without a head. 

How to add a head? I looked at what I had and melted down some more scrap sterling silver, heated the ring dipping it in to the molten hot silver ball and voilà! There was something resembling a snakes head. After a bit of filling and drilling I ended up with this simple yet elegant ring. 

Due to the process of making this ring each one will be individual as it will be made to order. Not every one will look the same meaning you will own a genuinely one of a kind piece of jewellery.
